We size, set-up, maintain and off-site back up, document management systems and accounting systems including Deltek® Costpoint®. Our application hosting teams include experienced database administrators, remote access (Ctrix®) and connectivity experts, and networking and hardware professionals.

System administration and Support
Our 24 x 7 administration and support team ensure that customers can remain connected to their hosted applications whatever time zone they are working in. The team also provide access control, change management and administer back-ups (including regular recovery testing) of application and database software and hardware.

Performance tuning
Databases and system responses are monitored to ensure systems are operating at maximum efficiency. Our technical team evaluate and advise on user access and speed issues.

Interface design and development
Our development team provide custom interfaces between systems to maximise “one point of entry” data input.

Software Upgrades and Testing
In addition to our hosting service, which provides customers with a seamless and on-going upgrade program, our upgrade and testing teams provide version upgrades for Deltek® Costpoint® and other upgrades for legacy applications. Our testing environment, which mostly happens at weekends, ensures that upgrades work first time upon installation, and that customers experience no “down-time”.

IT Security
Our hosting centres all have physical access control only to authorised staff. We maintain rigorous control on software rights access from our own and our customers’ staff, and we ensure that we use the latest anti-virus and firewall software and hardware to maximise system security. |
