Sonalia Fernandes Soans is the Divisional head for the Property Business Sector at Compass BPO. Sonalia has extensive experience in dealing with international clients. She is responsible for the client contracts & service level agreements, system consulting and process migration, and re-engineering.

She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and joined Compass BPO on completion of her CA course.
