• Support for Statutory audits: i.e. we prepare all the schedules
  and notes to the accounts per the auditors requirement, liaise with the
  auditors for resolving any audit queries etc


• Support for DCAA audits: as above


• assist clients for certification under SAS70


• Support for S-OX audits (no client as of now)


• establish the areas of risk in systems and processes


• identify the controls in place to address these risks and review
  their adequacy


• check that relevant regulations, policies and protocols are being
  followed


• carry out detailed testing of the controls being relied upon
