As Director, Operations at Compass BPO, Milton is focused on overall team management, guiding his team leaders in managing delivery schedules and offering professional services and technical support to our customers. He heads a team of over 375 people delivering services across several industries and geographies. Prior to joining Compass BPO, Milton was employed in the Travel Sector for nearly eight years where he was responsible for financial and stock operations.

Milton has an MBA - Finance from Mumbai University, a Masters in Commerce from St. Xaviers College, Tamil Nadu and a Diploma in Finance Management from NMIMS, Mumbai.
