Mark is a co-founder of Compass BPO built on his experience in setting up WNS, the British Airways outsourcing division. He has been working in off-shore outsourcing for over 15 years and was instrumental in the company’s focus on Finance & Accounting. Prior to Compass BPO, Mark was CFO of WNS, Finance Manager of Speedwing (a division of British Airways) and has held various CFO positions in smaller businesses.

Mark has a BA from London University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales. He is currently based in Dubai.
