Hitesh is the Practice Director responsible for 3 service offerings at Compass BPO. He has extensive experience in dealing with international clients and in his role as Head of US Operations, Hitesh managed Teams for all clients, Client Contracts & SLA's, ERP/System Consulting and Process Migration & Reengineering. He has extensive varied exposure with diverse companies across UK, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Hitesh is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), a Nasscom-certified CBQA (Certified BPO Quality Analyst) and is also ISO 9001:2000 Internal Auditor, certified by BVQI.
