David is the Chief Executive Officer - as well as a founding investor and board member. He specialises in US Government contractors, CPA firms and tax professionals. David comes with a rich experience of 25 years in Finance, Sales and Program Management. He also has experience in accounting, strategy creation and application, negotiations, budgeting, and forecasting. He has implemented Value Added Reseller and international strategic relationships and completed various company acquisitions and other system applications.

Prior to Compass BPO, David developed new sales in 15 countries outside of the U.S. and established the Deltek UK and India offices. He program managed the successful outsourcing of next generation accounting software to India.

David has a BS in Accounting from American University, Washington D.C. 1985 and was awarded his CPA in May 1986.
